Avocado and Papaya Salad

  Adapted from Dominican-weekly Caribbean Recipes   .. 

    Ingredients:

    2 avocados, peeled, halved and pitted
    2 papayas, peeled, halved and seeded
    1 lime, zested and juiced
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp sugar
    1 ⁄ 8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1 ⁄ 8 tsp cayenne
    1 ⁄ 8 cup Nature Isle Mango Cocktail sauce (or Nature Isle Mango Pepper Sauce)
    ¼ jar Nature Isle Mango Papaya Chutney (optional)
    ¼cup extra virgin olive oil

Slice the avocado lengthwise into ½ inch slices. Slice the papaya width-wise into ½ inch slices. Arrange slices overlapping and alternating on a platter.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, except Mango Papaya Chutney, and stir to combine. Spoon the dressing over the avocado and papaya and add Mango Papaya Chutney(optional). Serve immediately.
