Nature Isle Chicken Salad |

Cook potatoes and carrots in water with some salt to taste. Cool and dice. Wash and skin chicken legs. Place in a pan of water with vinegar for 5 minutes. Cook chicken with chive, sliced onion, black pepper, salt, clove, thyme and some garlic until tender barely covering with water. Cool, and cut up chicken into small pieces. In a large bowl mix potatoes, carrots, chicken, Sweet Mango Kissed Mustard, Nature Isle Ranch Dressing, mayonnaise, grated onions, garlic, black pepper and parsley together.
