Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, onion, salt, sherry and mustard. Clean fish in fresh water and put in shallow container, add mix and set aside in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hrs. Remove fish from marinade and place on greased wire grilling basket. Grill over coals 3 to 5 minutes pasting with BBQ sauce frequently, until done.
