In a bowl, stir together the oregano, thyme, sugar, salt, allspice and cayenne. Rub the mixture into the pork, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat a 9 inch grill pan over medium heat. Grill the pork until cooked, turning the pork several times as it cooks, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer the pork to dinner plates and top each serving with a spoonful of the chutney.
