Caribbean Grilled Chops

1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple, undrained
6 (1 inch thick) pork chops
2 cups Caribbean BBQ sauce (spicy or mild)

Drain pineapple reserving 1 cup syrup. Set pineapple slices aside. Trim excess fat from pork chops and place chops in a large shallow container. Combine pineapple syrup and BBQ sauce, stirring well; pour over pork chops. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning once.   [ back to pork recipes ]
