Marlin with Chutney

Blue Marlin or Strip Marlin
2 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
Dash of black pepper
Dash of Sea-Salt (Optional)
1 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 cup Nature Isle Chutney



Pour lemon juice over fish before seasoning.
Season the fish by adding the cajun seasoning,salt and pepper. Brush the fish with olive oil. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes per side. If the fish is thicker than 3/4 inch cook for 7 minutes per side. Serve the Nature Isle Chutney on top of the marlin.   [ back to fish recipes ]
