Pour lemon juice over fish before seasoning. Season the fish by adding the cajun seasoning,salt and pepper. Brush the fish with olive oil. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes per side. If the fish is thicker than 3/4 inch cook for 7 minutes per side. Serve the Nature Isle Chutney on top of the marlin. [ back to fish recipes ] | |
