Nature Isle Buffalo Wings

1 Bag Chicken wing sections
1 large bottle of Nature Isle Caribbean Pepper Sauce
2 Tbls. Nature Isle Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
2 Tbls. Honey
¼ lb. Whole unsalted butter
Salt and Pepper

Cook Wings according to the instructions on packaging. In a medium sauce pan, combine the Nature Isle Caribbean Pepper Sauce, Nature Isle Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and honey.
After sauce has been stirred and heated through, place sauce in a blender and cover with a towel to allow steam to escape, blend well and slowly add butter until fully incorporated.
Once sauce is done, taste and adjust with salt and pepper and toss with fully cooked chicken   [ back to poultry recipes ]
