Oven BBQ Chicken

3 to 3 1/2 lbs chicken pieces
18oz Nature Isle Spicy Caribbean BBQ Sauce
Salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder


Wash chicken pieces with vinegar and place in a bowl. Marinate overnight in garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder and salt to taste. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for ten minutes. Pour Nature Isle Spicy Caribbean BBQ Sauce over chicken and bake uncovered until chicken is tender.   [ back to poultry recipes ]
