| Brush both sides of steak with oil. Mix salt, pepper; curry powder, garlic, ginger, allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Transfer mixture onto a large plate or a sheet of waxed paper and roll both sides of steak in it, patting the mixture into the surface; set aside. Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil and place 5 to 6 inches coals. Grill the steak over coals for about 8 to 10 minutes on both sides. Baste with BBQ sauce.
