Spicy Meat Loaf

1½ lbs lead ground beef
1 small onion (grated)
½ cup bread crumbs
1 large clove garlic (grated)
1 tbls. Sweet Mango Kissed Mustard
1 egg
1 celery stalk, chopped finely
Black pepper
2 tsps. Nature Isle Hot Pepper sauce
1tsp white vinegar
Salt



Wash ground beef in a sieve. Drain thoroughly and mix in vinegar. Add seasonings and Nature Isle Hot Pepper Sauce. Beat egg lightly in a separate bowl and pour into beef mixture. Pour in breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly. Pour into a well greased loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot.   [ back to beef dishes ]
