Tropical Mustard Wings |

| Wash chicken wings thoroughly in water and vinegar. Divide onions, chives, seasoning peppers into two portions. Marinade chicken wings in mixture made of half of the onions, chives and seasoning peppers, 1 clove of garlic, thyme, celery, clove power, salt and black pepper and ½ cup of water for at least 3 hours. Heat oil in a skillet. Pat wings dry and coat with flour. Fry in skillet until golden brown on both sides. Blot on paper towels to remove excess oil. Sautee the rest of the onions, chives and seasoning peppers and tomatoes in 1 tbsp of oil. When tender, add ketchup and stir for 2 minutes until onions etc are thoroughly coated. Add Nature Isle Fruit & Honey Mustard, the other clove of garlic and 2 tbsp of water. Pour wings into mixture and stir until thoroughly coated. Remove from heat. Serve hot. [ back to appetizers ] | |
