Tropical Shrimp and Lobster Salad

1 lb. Cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 x 5-oz can lobster, drained and broken into 1 inch pieces
4 oz Nature Isle Chutney

For the Garnish
Lettuce leaves
Crescent slices of mango



Combine the shrimp and chutney in a bowl then cover and chill.
To serve, gently toss together the chilled shrimp, lobster, and chutney. Serve over lettuce leaves, if desired, and garnish with a crescent of mango slices.   [ back to salads ]
