Brush fish fillets with a thin coat of oil and rub each with Nature Isle Jerk Seasoning. Place on a fish rack and grill over hot coals or broil in a very hot oven at 550oF (280oC) for about 4.5 minutes on each side. To serve: Arrange fish on plates. Spoon Nature Isle Spicy Chutney on each piece of fish. Serve with plain, boiled potatoes. Serves 4. [ back to fish recipes ] | |
