Barbecued Fish

4 lbs tuna sliced and cleaned
2 cloves of garlic grated
1 tsp thyme
1 lemon, squeezed
2 tsp salt
1 medium onion
1 tbsp Nature Isle Mango Pepper Sauce
1 bottle Nature Isle Spicy Caribbean BBQ Sauce
¼ cup olive oil


Slightly cover fish with water and marinate for 3 hours in garlic, thyme, lemon juice, salt and onion and Nature Isle Mango Pepper Sauce. Combine Nature Isle Spicy BBQ Sauce and oil. Heat oven to 350°F. Place fish slices in baking tray and spread over with Nature Isle Spicy BBQ Sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and place in oven for 15 minutes.   [ back to fish recipes ]
