xCatch Phrase" CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MUST BE 14 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

TIMING.  The Nature Isle LLC Catch Phrase Contest" ("Contest") begins at 8:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), February 1, 2011, and ends after ten (10) days (February 11, 2011). Entries entered, or e-mailed, after the verified limits of the contest have been reached will not be considered.

SPONSOR.  The Contest is sponsored by Nature Isle LLC ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY.  The Contest is open to all fans of Nature Isle Tropical Gourmet, who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry who are fans of Nature Isle on the social networking site Facebook. Employees of Sponsor, their family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their family members are NOT eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.  Entrants agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents or contractors and their employees, officers and directors shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion.

PUBLICITY/USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS.  Except where prohibited by law, entry in the Contest constitutes each Entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of their names, city and state of residence, entry, likeness, photograph, and image for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media, online or offline, without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration.

HOW TO ENTER.  Post your catch phrase to the Nature Isle Facebook site,as soon as the contest kicks off.   The catch phrase entry may include the words  in answer the questions by commenting on the posted question on the Nature Isle Facebook Fan Page - any entry as such is subject to disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor.

LIMITED ENTRIES PER ENTRANT.  Entrants may enter up to four (4 ) times per day and are limited to two consecutive entries. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, invalid or illegible submissions, which will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation with these Official Rules.

If you post any catch Phrase to the Nature Isle Facebook Site (including, without limitation, pictures) you hereby grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use that material in any media and, specifically, to make that material available via the Site and via mobile phone networks. You warrant that all such Catch Phrases are original and do not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have the right to grant such right and you agree to waive your moral rights for the purposes of this right. You also warrant that the Catch Phrase is not obscene, offensive or defamatory to any person or otherwise illegal. We reserve the right to cut, edit, crop or arrange your catch Phrase as necessary for purposes related to the Site, and we may remove the Catch Phrase at any time. Unless you have requested otherwise, your name may be published alongside your Catch Phrase. If you do not want to grant these rights, please do not submit the Catch Phrase to the Site. If you are a finalist you acknowledge and agree that Nature Isle Tropical Gourmet LLC intends to sub-license or assign such right to the Brand Participant on payment of a fee or prize, such agreement will be made under a Nature Isle Tropical Gourmet LLC Creative Agreement, which can be made available to you on request.

JUDGING CRITERIA/OVERALL AWARDS. There will be ten (10) prizes for the duration of the contest.  Each winner will receive a $25.00 gift card (see table below).

At the end of the contest, the selecting panel will judge the best catch phrases as finalists based on the Judging Criteria

JUDGING REQUIREMENTS: Unless otherwise stated in The Brief the Judging Criteria ("Judging Criteria") is as follows:

Originality and Creativity –50%
Length of catch phrase – 25%
Flow and suitability with the Nature Isle culture – 25%

Main Prize:

The winner of the main prize will win a $100 gift card.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impair the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the Judging Criteria from the eligible Contest Entries received up to the time of impairment. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION AND/OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, ILLNESS OR DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN AND/OR ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST OR RECEIPT OR POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ELEMENT THEREOF. Sponsor, its respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents and employees are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegitimate, or impermissible submissions or mail; postage due mail; or any other error whether human, mechanical or electronic.
